Brianne Wolcott

Brianne Wolcott began her career in the legal field in 2005. In her nearly 17 years of experience, she has gained extensive knowledge in criminal defense, with a focus on the intersection between criminal defense and regulatory matters. Brianne has her degree in psychology; she has a genuine passion for the law and cares deeply about each and every client. Over the years, she has established a good rapport with opposing counsel, court staff (even having worked in a Valley court for a brief period), and Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) personnel. Brianne is skilled in drafting, editing and filing pleadings, resolving driver’s license issues with MVD, coordinating witness interviews, overseeing discovery, and effectively managing each case from inception to disposition.
