Attorney
Molly Adrian has spent most of her career working with government entities, health care organizations, and health care providers. Since graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of law in 2015, she has worked with clients on matters involving legislative, regulatory, administrative, litigation, and risk management issues.
As a government attorney at the Arizona State Land Department and the Arizona Attorney General’s office, she became intimately familiar with the state legislative process and assisted various licensing programs at the Arizona Department of Health Services to fulfill their administrative and regulatory duties, including appearances at the Office of Administrative Hearings on licensing matters and providing counsel to professional licensing boards. She also represented the Arizona State Hospital in involuntary commitment cases during her time at the AG’s Office. As a defense attorney in private practice, Molly appeared in cases before the Maricopa County Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona while defending health care providers in professional liability lawsuits as well as other entities in general liability cases. As a member of the risk management team at a medical professional liability company, she worked closely with health care professionals and practices to help them understand their liabilities and how to reduce their exposure to lawsuits and licensing actions.
Molly’s breadth and depth of knowledge of regulatory/administrative law, litigation, and risk management provide her with the foundation to effectively work with clients to achieve the best possible outcome when they are faced with a professional licensing matter. Molly is committed to helping clients resolve the legal issues they are facing in their professions and practices.
