Peggy McClellan

Peggy joined Mitchell Stein Carey Chapman in 2021 after three years with the Arizona Supreme Court where she oversaw Civil Appeals and Election cases.  Prior to the Arizona Supreme Court, Peggy worked at ADOT for 11 years as an Administrative Assistant at the Executive Hearing Office, and as a Lead Customer Service Representative with Motor Vehicle Division.  Throughout her career, Peggy has tapped into her extensive organizational toolbox in assisting with drafting manuals and procedures, as well as implementing new training processes.  Utilizing her extensive knowledge of the Court and MVD processes as well as her many years of case management experience, Peggy supports the firm in case management, timely court filings, and ensures compliance with court and department rules.  She is excited to take on a new experience and expand her knowledge of the other side of legal proceedings.
