Shawnee Ziegler

Shawnee is the driving force behind the company’s operational excellence and strategic growth. A leader with over 20 years of experience, she has a proven track record of scaling operations, implementing program initiatives, and strengthening processes and controls across complex organizations.
Before joining MSCC, Shawnee served as Director of Operations at the Arizona Justice Project, where she supported a devoted team who worked to free the innocent and wrongfully convicted in Arizona. Prior to that she spent over a decade working on humanitarian aid programs worldwide, providing operational and program oversight to various disaster response teams.
Shawnee oversees staff operations and administrative functions, helping MSCC streamline processes, strengthen internal systems, and support our dedicated attorneys and staff in doing their best work.
