Physician/Healthcare Discipline & Peer Review
We regularly represent medical professionals in disciplinary actions before the Arizona Medical Board, the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners, the Nursing Board and others, as well as in peer review proceedings. Very often, these matters are connected to a criminal investigation. We are particularly skilled at navigating the administrative agencies, and guarding against a criminal investigation. We know that a doctor’s license to practice medicine is treasured and we treat every case as of our own license was on the line.
